Drill wide and deep holes in the stump and pour RID STUMP it will eventually rot it out and will kill those pesky of takes. Also consider stump grinding it is fairly cheap and you get your yard back. Good Luck

Any sort of commercial weed killer will work, but my best bet would be roundup, but first, you must drill deep holes into the stump to be able to pour straight weed killer into the root system. By simply pouring around the stump, you won't reach far enough into the root system to make an impact.

one way is to set fire to it and then put weed killer all around the stump of the tree.. it may takes some time but the tree will rot and you will not have the tree stump any more...yes roundup is good too... and there is some other brands out there too...

Cut it down to a descent size. Then take a shovel or something that can dig and dig it up.
