The good news is that time is on your side. So you'll surely get over it.
One way to speed things up a little, could be if you focus your memory on all the things that you didn't like and that made you upset.
Another good way of making it easier, is to go out and see all the others who are looking for a relationship themselves.

Eh, when someone even greater comes along, at some point, the memories of the last love start to fade. That was my experience. Just keep yourself busy and go on with your life best you can solo, and eventually it'll pass.

with that much time involved you can't continue your life as if they were never in it, loving that person has formed the person you are, the only thing you can do is keep going and eventually they will be a fond memory

the thoughts will not just go away that fast...it's going to be hard really....why don't you sit on it and let your pain out, cry if you feel like to....the only way to face pain is to acknowledge it....after that, get rid of the things that remind her of you - everywhere....and try to avoid going to the places you've been if you can help it..

you need courage and determination, we can only advice but it's still you who have to do it....

You don't forget.

You can't erase 4 years of your life.

It's difficult and painful now.

But time will soothe the pain, and your wounds will heal.

Just give it time.
