以下是幾個句子，我對其中的時態不能理解：

句子的意思了解，但不明白最後一句「when you've handed her the note」為何用現在完成式？
是否可用：when you hand her the not

另一句是某人說自已不該和另一個人分手時說的話：

I made a huge mistake. I never should have broken up with her.

為什麼會用「have broken」現在完成式
是否能說：I should never break up with her

這是 某男介紹一個男朋友給某女 的好笑對話

某女：So what does this guy look like? Is he tall? Short?
某男：Yep...I...acturally...totally...don't know...I've never seen him.
某女：what!!!!Hey ! For all we know this guy could be horribly...
(這個時候要被介紹的男帥哥進來了…)
男帥哥：Hey, Joey.
某女： ...horribly attractive. I'll be shutting up now.

請問，為什麼最後一句會用I'll be shutting up now呢？這樣不會在時態上多此一舉嗎？
能用「I'll shut up (now ?)」或「I'm shutting up (now?)」嗎？

請問：為何會有being呢？不是用Am I like a total idiot嗎？

★動名詞(V-ing)、不定詞(To+原V)、分詞
1.這三則之間，有什麼關連性？
2.在解題時有什麼技巧判斷何時要用那一種？
3.「分詞」怎麼跟動名詞、不定詞做分別？

如果不知如何回答上一個問題，我舉個例子好了。

以下請在空格中填入適當的現在分詞or過去分詞
1.The ________ (frustrat) student needs help.
2.That _______ (smile) man is my brother.

以上的答案是frustrated、smiling, 我的疑問是~為什麼不是frustrating' smiled
我知道：「現在分詞→主動、進行」，「過去分詞→被動、完成」但不知什麼句子適用此判斷？


另外
動名詞是V-ing 跟 現在分詞V-ing一樣，所以可以說動名詞就是現在分詞嗎？

以下個有色笑話，某個男生對女生說：


You know what blows my mind? Women can see breasts any time they want.
You just look down and there they are. How you get any work done is beyond me.


最後一句「How you get any work done is beyond me」

如果是我，會說成「How "do"(或can) you get any work done is beyond me」
因為前半句的句子應該是 How do(can) you get any work done?才是正確的句子吧……

為什麼加上一個子句，助動詞就不見了呢？

affect當動詞
how you act為受詞
但understand卻是原型 為啥不改成V-ING形式
難道說可以直接這樣當主詞嗎
