You know what blows my mind? Women can see breasts any time they want.
You just look down and there they are. How you get any work done is beyond me.
最後一句「How you get any work done is beyond me」
如果是我,會說成「How "do"(或can) you get any work done is beyond me」
How do(can) you get any work done?
Why? Why? Why? @@?

Where you are going does not concern me.
What you want to do has nothing to do with me.
How you get anywork done is beyond me.

You know what blows my mind? Women can see breasts any time they want. You just look down and there they are. How you get any work done is beyond me.
You get any work done quickly.
You get any work done actively.
You get any work done carefully.
[You get any work done how](你做(任何)事的方式)
[how you get any work done](你做(任何)事的方式)
I like how you get any work done.
這裡[how you get any work done]是當動詞like的受詞.
How you get any work done is great.
這裡[How you get any work done]是當主詞. 動詞是is.
很多人把[how you get any work done]稱為"間接問句", 其實很容易引起混淆.
You get any work done quickly.
How do you get any work done?
How can you get any work done quickly?
Have you got any work done?
How you get any work done is beyond me.

Actually you are not entirely incorrect.
You may say "How you can(are able to, could) get any work done is beyond me".
The delima is that in the joke they did not use do to emphasize the tone. The whole sentence can be seen like
"How you (do) get any work done is beyond me"
It's just like I say "I like you" in comparison to "I do like you". Both are correct.
