I 'm writing a paper about how a street or railroad caused division of San Antonio. It seems like I have to go back to historical information, the Alamo or any war in the past.

Is there any good sources or information that I can use to support my essay?

THanks for taking a time to read my essay.

I playd the slots, and sipped wine, and had a great time....but my New York trips are probably better but this on vacation to Atlantic City was just my daughter and me, and it was a special bonding time...

My girl and I are taking a trip to NYC on 12/20/07-12/23/07, I was hoping to catch one of the central park horse carriage rides. Are they good and how much would I have to pay? Also do I need to call and like reserve a carriage or would I be able to get one.

Well, im goin to Michigan for Christmas Break. Ann Arbor to be exact. And My aunt could either buy and send me plane tickets to fly or she could just drive. It takes about 4 hours to drive from Ann Arbor, MI to Cincinnati, OH. and its takes 45 minutes to fly. BUT, im gonna end up at the Detroit airport and she's gonna have to drive to detroit and drive back to ann arbor and thats too much of a ruckuss! If she drives then i'll be packed up ready to go and we wont to go to no airport or nothin. so please help us decide

My friends and will be visiting Times Square for New Years in a few weeks. We are planning on being downtown by noon and getting to Times Square around 5 pm. My question is where would be the best place to park? We were thinking about possibly parking north of town and taking a subway. Are there any suggestions about where parking would be affordable for most of the day until well after midnight? Having never been to NYC before, are subway prices realistically affordable for cheap college kids like myself?

Also, on New Years would every stop near Times Square be open before and after the festivities are over?

Thanks in advance!

I am used to walk and enjoy walking in the big cities by nights. I walked without serious fear in many of them. Where can I feel safe to walk in N.Y. C. at 3 a.m. in February?

All of the concerts worth going to are usually during the week, and have outrageous taxes on the admissions.

My departing flight out of Vegas departs at 23h30. My friend is departing in the morning. What are some things I can do all day long, alone? What about all my luggage? Can my hotel hold it for a fee?

If you buy a ticket to get into one of their events for New Year's Eve- (Rain is $100, Ghostbar $300) do you still have to wait in line, or do you just get let in with your ticket?

The state ferry system is crumbling because of lack of funds. Highways are in bad shape as well. Execpt for saving some rich people money,do you think the 30$ car tax was good for the region?

I'd pick Florida. I live in Michigan and it's just too cold in the winter and although the snowfall is preety at first, most of the long winter season is cold, slushy, muddy, snow and you have to be so careful driving. Florida has such a wonderful climate and I'd just have a pool to cool off in during the hot summers. I'd probably want to live near South Beach. Florida is still not too far from Michigan if I got homesick unlike California. Hawaii would be awesome but it's way too isolated from the rest of the states.
