I've never stayed at the Peninsula, but i've always loved the Four Seasons. Last time I stayed at the New York location, I went for a morning run and as soon as I walked back into the hotel an employee had a bottle of water and a towel waiting for me, some of the best service I've received at any hotel to sau the least.

If your choice is between these two, flip a coin, you can't go wrong with either. Besides I have this suspicion that most folks on this board never stayed at either of these Luxury Hotels.
