I proposed in a Little Italian restaurant the Ex and I went to. I guess that's why she is now my Ex.
Wherever you decide to pop the question, do it in public and make an embarrassing spectacle of yourself. Women love it when a guy does that stuff for them!

Rockerfeller Center if you stand on fifth ave by the fountains you can hire on of the street photographers to take your picture while you propose. From that spot you'll also get the nice tree in the background., maybe even a santa claus
