I'm planning to go to Vegas in August for my 22nd birthday with just my fiance for 2 nights. He drives a 92 Hatchback SI. So I pretty sure gas won't be so expensive. And we're planning to stay at Sahara. So what do you think it'll cost for that and other expenses (e.i. food, games, gambling, miscellaneous, etc.) ? Any advice would be great. Plus i kno how HOT it can get in Vegas, so I will remember to bring sunblock and a bathing suit.

Ok, me and the misses are going to Vegas in August. We are going for my birthday and we plan to have a WILD time. She is a bi-sexual woman. Need I say more? So, where are the HOT spots that a bi-sexual woman can find other bi-sexual women to PARTY with. No...we don't want to pay for it.

I am going to Las Vegas in October to celebrate my 21st birthday. I have never been there before and I'm not sure about anything. I just want help with the following
-where to stay (I love action, do I want to stay on the strip?) we probably will not go back again for a while so price is really not an issue
-when to book (we are not going until October, when will I get the best rates on both airfare and hotel)
-what is there to do (obviously gamble, but I want to know the best places to go for dining, gambling, shows, etc.)

So, my bf and some of his fam. are going to Las Vegas for the entire week of September 9th. I knew that the temps were hot b.c. obviously its the desert-BUT, I just looked up the temps for today and holy wow. It's like 104-110 during the day and 80 at night. Where I live its 75 with 95 degree humidity and I practically fall over. At night it ranges from 40-70. On averages its mid 50's. Anyways, can someone tell me the average temps? I think I need to buy some light dresses for this trip! lol.

Thanks everybody :o)

My boyfriend and I are going to Vegas at the end of July and neither of us drink, gamble or party. What are some things that a person should do while in Vegas?

PS We have no problem seeing naked people so any show suggestions would be helpful.

ok, heres my situation. I am 25, male, and have no tie downs here in the Midwest, and Im thinking about moving to Vegas. I would probably have about 5000 dollars saved up just so I can move there, find a job, and get an apartment. Unfortunately, I wont be able to move there w/ any of my friends, so Im going to have to support myself on...probably a 10 or so dollar an hour job, or whatever job I can find quickly...I hear money goes fast! Anyway, I have a 2-part question. First, I heard that there are short term (1-6 month) efficiency and 1-bedroom rentals that exist out there in Vegas. Is this true? because that would be ideal for my situation. Also, Would I need to find a job before any of these places would rent to me? That would be a major problem, and I'd have to rethink this whole thing if thats the case...or find a job there, online or something. Anyhow, I just want to live there for a few months to see if Id like it. Thanks, and any other useful info would be helpful

I've been watching the weather temperature in Las Vegas and it's seems to be very hot! I'm leaving this Saturday for Vegas, but I want to know what kind of clothes should I pack besides underwear. Coming from Hawaii, in the high 80s, wearing shorts and t-shirts are cool. Is wearing rayon, silk, or polyester too hot to wear? Give me some suggestions so I know what to pack. Mahalo to the one I chose as best and serious answer.

I have been to Las Vegas twice, love it, was just there 2 weeks ago on my midtour leave. When I come back from deployment I am going to go again. The first time I went I stayed at the Hilton. It was pretty good but I am not interested in staying on that end of the strip. This time (2 weeks ago) we have a deluxe palace tower at Caesar's Palace, and a lot of stuff went wrong with the room. But I did love the spa there at Caesar's. Absolutely amazing. I love Caesar's and I was staying there mainly because I had front row tickets to Celine (huge fan) but she's not going to be there when I go next time so I want to stay at a new hotel. I was thinking MGM Grand... we went in there and it was amazing. I haven't been in Mandilay Bay but I heard that's nice. So many hotels, so it's hard to choose! Money isn't really the issue, I am looking for quality.

Thanks!

Any suggestions on what to do? I'll have most daytime open and after 9pm as well.

Been to most of the Strip hotels before, on a short trip last year, what would be cool to do that's different from the norm?

I would like to go to Las Vegas for New Years.......most of the hotels are already booked and the rates are high! So my question is if I stayed in a hotel in downtown Las Vegas.......what's the best way to get to the strip? Is there a bus that will take you to the strip.......I've heard about shuttles.
