On the upside, all girls between the ages of 21-35 become bi when they are in Vegas. On the downside however, almost all of them are here with their boyfriends, and they're all looking for the exact same thing you are.

the artisan is a hotel that caters to gays and lesbians. it's a cool little hotel (no casino) with a good bar/club. great night life. it's slightly off the beaten path but not too far.
that's my best suggestion.
