I am going to Las Vegas, what are some great shows to see?

Any of the Cirque shows are awesome!

Stay away from Blue Man group - VERY underwhelming.

If you want to see an old fashion LAs Vegas girlie show, go see Jubilee at Ballys. I have seen that one about 5 times and it is great. They do have a covered top version at 7:00 PM for families.

I have also see O at the Bellagio and KA at the MGM, both circ d sole shows. I think the KA show is much better than O. Both will cost at least $100 per ticket.

If you want singing I recommend Gladys Knight at the Flamingo, and for comedy George Wallace also at the Flamingo.

The shows I have enjoyed the most were 'Mystere' at Treasure Island and 'Phantom of the Opera' at the Venetian. We saw 'Phantom' on Broadway in NY a few years ago, and I think the one in Vegas is even better! We also saw 'Mama Mia' at Mandalay Bay. It was good, but not spectacular like the other two I mentioned.

Cirque Du Soleil - Ka
I saw it in March at the MGM Theater; It was great, the tickets are a little pricey, but if you sit through a sales pitch you can get a 2 for 1 deal.

Any Cirque de Soleil show and the Celine Dion show at Caesars (her last year in Vegas).

Blue Man Group, Penn & Teller, and any Cirque Du Soleil show are some good ones. Whatever you do, stay away from Carrot Top.
