since the rates change so fast and last minute specials keep popping up all the time. It is hard to pin point a location. what you are better off doing is have some of the cool new travel tools do the hard work for you. Something like a blackberry of travel - instead of you going out there to find a deal, the deal should come to you.

check with the car rental agency's web sites. Or try to go though expenda.com or another to get a combination deal on a car and hotel. The only car rental place I've seen on the strip only rents very high end cars like Hummers, and such, and those are not cheap. I've never seen a rent-a-wreck there but you never know.

Best deals are the ones you book with your airfare and hotel. Otherwise, check out Enterprise locations via the web site. They're normally cheaper than the other big companies.

do you car on line to max your costs.
believe me it works.
there is no off site.
no bus with off site
and you will be frustrated
