Any suggestions on what to do? I'll have most daytime open and after 9pm as well.

Been to most of the Strip hotels before, on a short trip last year, what would be cool to do that's different from the norm?

Rent a car and get to other attractions in the county. About 45 minutes north of the Las Vegas area on I-15 is Overton. There's a Lost City Museum dedicated to telling the story of the Askanazi (the original setttlers here before the white man came). Leaving Overton, take the North Shore Road of Lake Mead southward. On your right you will see Halloran Springs. It's a natural hot springs just off the road. There's parking and picnic tables too. Wear a swim suit under your outer clothing. After eating, strip down to the swim suit and sit in the natural "hot tubs". Don't forget to take a picture to send to any friends in the "snow belt".
You can also take a 3-hour trip on Lake Mead on board a stern-wheeler we brought in from the midwest river system and reassembled for use here. It's called the "Desert Queen". The concierge at the Wynn can make a reservation for you. The morning cruise also features a great brunch.

Pink Jeep tours, Red Rock Canyon, or a show are all cool. Check with the hotel concierge they have great ideas and cool tours off of the beaten path and usually will arrange everything for you. They also get you discount tickets to shows and such. Or play the slots win some money and rent a Ferrari and cruise the strip.

Different from the Norm...

Well if you like Pinball then the Pinball Hall of Fame is a must. You can play a wide range of pinball machines from the 50s to the 90s for 25 cents a game.

The Gun Store is another option. They have a whole selection of submachine guns, Shotguns or Pistols that you can rent and try on the range.

ATV and Hummer tours of the Grand Canyon and Red Rock.

Have Fun and enjoy Vegas.
