Just moved here from Southern California and was curious - yeah, I know, I should have asked this question BEFORE I moved here, but I liked it too much for it to really matter before.

I'm moving to Colorado from out of state and was wondering if someone could tell me a bit more about the neighborhoods. I want to be close to Denver, but not right in the middle of downtown. Most importantly I want to be in a very safe neighborhood. I've been to Castle Rock and Littleton and loved both of those areas, as well as Highlands Ranch. What's Englewood like? And what about some of the neighborhoods in Denver like Cherry Creek, Greenwood Village...? And what are the areas/cities that I should stay away from? Thanks!!

I do NOT want to exit Venice Blvd cuz anyone who lives near there knows how horrible that exit is....anyone have any info that might help me??

We'll be in Vegas in June of 2008 for our family reunion. Seven kids ages 9 - 18. And fifteen adults.

We'd like a nice place to stay - but only want to pay a higher price if there are lots of extras for your $$$$.

Was thinking of Mandalay Bay - because the pools would provide free entertainment for the kids. But - Mandalay Bay doesn't seem very kid oriented. Not real interested in Circus Circus - because that is soooooooo oriented to the kids.

Any input you have - even about large houses for rent - would be great. Also - anything we could do there - other than gamble. Especially inexpesive things.

My fiance and I are moving to Eugene in the next 3 mons (job transfer). Neither one of us have ever been there. We would like to live in a younger area, not the university. We are looking for bars, restaurants, shops, parks located near by. We do not want to be in a cookie cutter, plastic house. Or within an area like that...Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

My friend's visiting me in NYC from London. We want to get away from the city on a weekend. Apart from Atlantic City, can someone suggest some other places close-ish (altho we don't mind flying) that we can go to for a night?
We're 25, girl and guy and we'd like something culturally significant, at the same time fun!
Thanks!

I want to move to a place in the U.S that's near a beach but having a real hard time finding any thing. I'm looking for a place that's near a beach, not going to cost you left arm, not to much crime and has a good social style atmospere. I prefer warm weather and would really like to live in a place were you get off of work and surf at the beach or what not.
Are there even places like what I'm saying? Of course there's California which has that but it pretty expensive, and then there's Florida, but it's right there in a hurricane's shot, and then there's Hawaii but I might as well be Bill Gates. Atleast these are all answers I've got before.
If any one has any ideas; come on down!
