We'll be in Vegas in June of 2008 for our family reunion. Seven kids ages 9 - 18. And fifteen adults.

We'd like a nice place to stay - but only want to pay a higher price if there are lots of extras for your $$$$.

Was thinking of Mandalay Bay - because the pools would provide free entertainment for the kids. But - Mandalay Bay doesn't seem very kid oriented. Not real interested in Circus Circus - because that is soooooooo oriented to the kids.

Any input you have - even about large houses for rent - would be great. Also - anything we could do there - other than gamble. Especially inexpesive things.

Contact the polo towers www.polotowers.com You can rent 4 two bedroom suites that each sleep 6 people and each has a kitchen so you can save on meals and snacks. There is free parking. They have a pool on the roof and the kids hang out there. It's cheaper than hotel rooms and is on the strip across from the Monte Carlo and next to the Aladdin. There is a mall connected to the Aladdin with affordable things that the teenagers can shop at, unlike the high prices at the mall attached to Caesar's. There are familiar teenage stores like the Gap and other favorites. There is a strip mall in front of the polo towers with a half price ticket booth that sells half price tickets to the shows for that day. You get in line at 10:30 and it opens at 11. You can rent a van and go out to Boulder Dam for a day trip.
Another place is the MGM. When our kids were younger we stayed there because they had an indoor amusement park and you could put them in the MGM day camp. I don't know if that is still the case.
