It all depends on what subdivision you are looking in. I found 3 bed 2 bath (or more) starting at about $1,250 (in some of the "least desirable" areas to over $4,000 to the upscale areas. If you know some subdivisions that you are interested in, then you should check out http://www.har.com and put in your search criteria.

sugarland is expensive..for a 3 bed 2bth house it is around 1800/mth..har.com- rental homes

sugarland is kinda pricey, I stay there. depends on what part you looking to move into as well. But its worth it, and real nice.
