United States - January 2007

We are looking to move the the NYC area and don't have a clue about what areas to look into. We want to move some place where the rent isn't outrageous and where we can park cars safely. Also, we want to have public transportation into the city easily available. Any suggestions? We were looking into Greenwich. We would also like to avoid living in Jersey. Any insight would be awesome! Thanks!

I would like to know what is the best seating for "Ka" "O" and "Mystere" shows in Las Vegas. I'm a die hard front row seat fan for CDS shows, but noticed that "O" is a water show so I'd probably want up a little higher. And "Ka" from what I've heard is a moving platform show. I plan on going in April with family and was curious what is the best seating you've had for each show.

I just recently watched "The Lake House" and also been hearing a lot about how wonderful Chicago is...what is it about the city that makes it unique? Are you a native or just visited? Being from the NW, my favorite city is Seattle. Anyone been to both, can you compare the two, you know, likes and differences.

OK, so my plane arrives at 11p on Sat night. Hotel reservations are for Sunday at 9a. I've looked for a cheap hotel for Saturday night, but there aren't really any. Anybody know anything about the off strip hotels, or the hotels near the airport? Are they safe--I don't want to die or get mugged waiting to check in to my real hotel. So, any suggestions on cheap, but safe hotels off the strip. Or any other ideas to kill time from 11p to 9a, and what can I do with my luggage if I don't have a hotel room?????

I am thinking about relocating from Western Mass to Phoenix AZ, I am in outside sales, single, and have a large dog to care for, I also ride motorcyles am a single 40 yr old male, no kids, own a home. Can you stand the heat? Are jobs plentifull? Crime? Dog daycare facilities??
