When settlers went threw there,it was a bloody mess because it was hard to survive the dessert heat, so many died traveling due to extreme heat.

They found a bathroom sink on the side of the road and it was filled with blood. It was in all the newspapers about 8 years ago.

THE BLOODY BASIN IS A USUALLY DRY WASH. oops. sorry for screaming.i think its about 10 miles n. of phx.its a beautiful place to make beef jerky of yourself in the summer.he he.
