This will be a case of "Don't shoot the messenger".

If you sustained injuries that required medical attention and are trying to seek reimbursement you may have a problem because of the amount of time that has lapsed. Unless your injury required immediate treatment at the scene (at the bus station) you will have trouble proving that that is where your injury actually occurred. That is the position Greyhound's attorneys will probably take, and as you know in this situation, you are the one responsible to provide the burden of proof.

Have you tried contacting their corporate offices? They should be relatively easy to find on the internet. Google on Greyhound Bus Lines.

Don't try to contact them in person.....
as far as you have witnesses....contact yous solicitor and let him contact them.... and pass your message to them.....
If your witnesses are "heavy" don't compromise with less than 7 digit "message".......
GOOD LUCK.
