Since the price increase on cigarettes in Texas. I have a friend going to Louisiana this weekend and I was going to see if she can get me some Marlboro 100s cheaper there.. Does anyone know the price of them there?

I wanted to know if that would be enough to make a start...and I wanted to move one in a surburb, does anyone know of a city that is nice, not too expensive but near the city?? It would help also if someone could tell me the name of some really nice popular LA apartments.

I drove from San Diego to Napa Valley to S. Lake Tahoe and back. And driving on the 5 freeway I notices a bunch of motor coaches pulling Honda CRV's.
