do you know if there is a shuttle service from disney world to universal studios island of adventure... i really don't want to have to rent a car so if we could take a shuttle from our resort in disney world that would be awesome! please let me know if you can, and where i can find infromation, specifically please i've already looked on the universal studios and disney world websites and didn't find anything.... thanks!

No, you can't take a shuttle to Universal directly from Disney. The easiest way to get from one place to the other is by cab, though they are expensive in Orlando. You can also get a shuttle to the airport (Mears) and then from there a shuttle to Universal. You can also get cab service from your Disney resort to any non-Disney hotel, located on International Drive. Then, most hotels offer shuttles to Universal. You are supposed to be a guest of the hotel to use the service, but I know they don't always check. But to answer your question, No, you cannot get direct shuttle service from anywhere in Walt Disney World to Universal. Two different companies, two different complexes. Good Luck... Have fun too!

Most of the hotels in that area offer shuttle services to all of the major theme parks such as Disney, Universal and Sea World. Just check with them and they leave different times through out the day.

Yes, you can make reservations for Mears Shuttle Service or Bell Services at your Resort can do it for you. Mears will pick you up at your Resort and bring you to the Universal Studios theme parks. You can also use a cab. They're always waiting around the front of the Resorts to escort Guests to their destinations, and you can have Bell Services call for one if there aren't any.

They won't offer shuttle service to a competitor theme park. Maybe you can find general transportation service thats not affiliated with either park.

If your going there for vacation check to see if you can get a hotel located in between the two parks, if so the hotel may offer a shuttle to one or the other but you'd have to go back to your hotel to catch a ride to the other. (That is if they go to both.)
