I want to know which DMV in bay area (california) is easiest to get the drivers license? I tried Santa Clara DMV. Look like all the inspectors there are either racist or tough (mostly racist). I took 2 seconds to take a right turn when the light changed from red to green. Before I could move he asked me to move and he failed me in the test. Damn. Is the DMV driving test is for perfection or for safety?

What are some other nice neighborhood in or around the New York City area are good places to raise children and not a lot of voilence. I am looking for either city life, and quite neighborhoods??
