Try what I did. I am driving but I had to be sure that I am not gonna fail my road test because like that you mentioned above, some are racist. I'm Asian and we have the reputation for being bad drivers. Forget stereotyping... What I did is get enrolled in a driving school for only a 6-hour driving lesson (behind-the-wheel training) and voila! The examiner of the school is gonna test you, only a round in the block, so easy...
And then later, they will give you a WAIVER which says that you completed a course from an AUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY/ Driving school. You will submit that sealed envelope (which contains your application and waiver) and they will automatically give you your driver's license. No more road test or anything...
By the way, just make sure that the driving school you're enrolling in is an ATP --look for your DMV site for the list of schools.

i'm in CA yet not at all heard of this form of enable. i might call the DMV. If what you reported is genuine all you're able to do is save on with the regulations. i desire you have coverage now and you probly have been required to get an SR-22. save around. in keeping with risk you will get some greater valuable costs for driving classes.

I feel for you - but I think you'll find the test is pretty much the same at every DMV.
If you are genuinely worried about racism (and I don't think you have reason to be), go to the one on Claremont in Oakland. Most of the examiners there are people of color.
For the least wait time, I like the one in El Cerrito and the one in Walnut Creek.

Santa Teresa is pretty easy, Alma is hard because it's in down town but some of my friends passed there. A lot of my friends who are horrible at driving go all the way to Gilroy because the test is really easy.

The Daly City DMV on a Saturday. By the time we picked our number, we were called, everyone was EXTREMELY friendly, courteous and helpful. They wanted it to be an enjoyable experience that day.

You must to be the worst driver ever. The California DMV would issue a license to a dead man.
