Bus/Train Service from Baltimore to D.C?

I was wondering if anyone knows any cheap Bus Shuttle or Train service to goes from Baltimore to DC and Visa Versa. I was thinking of taking a trip to DC but possibly staying in Baltimore because it would be cheaper and the Orioles are in town

COMMUTE FROM N. NJ to CHERRY HILL, NJ (How long is it?)?

I have to be in Cherry Hill at 9am on Thursday. I am up in Parsippany, NJ. How much time should I allow. I don't know what the traffic looks like. Mapquest said 2 hours, so I am thinking I should leave at 5am to be safe and avoid a lot of the traffic. Is that right???

Providence Airport (PVD) to downtown Boston?

I need some information and advice on getting from Providence's T.F. Green Airport to downtown Boston (South Station). I see there is a commuter rail line that goes from Providence to Boston on MBTA's website, but when I check their schedules - I can't find Providence. What is the name or operator of the rail that runs between Providence and Boston, and where can I find a schedule on the internet?

Also, if anyone is aware of a better way to get to downtown Boston from the airport - please feel free to offer advice.
