across the key bridge in aelington there is a road paralle to the potomac just find a public boat ramp and walk down the bank of the river. bingo perfect skinny dippin

Yeah. In that really big fountain in front of the Washington Monument. I go there all the time. Gooooooood times. I've oinly been arrested a little a lot times.....
