Okay, there's a distinct land mass called Scandinavia, with Norway in the west, Sweden in the middle, and Finland to the east, and there's yet another part of this land mass to the east of Finland. What is it?? I know it's Russian, or was part of the Soviet Union, but is there a distinct "Slavo-Scandinavian" culture in that particular region?

My father's old work firiend's husband will join to the army. And guess where? To Hakkari, Çukurca! He is person who did his master.He is married and his wife is pregnant..And as my father told, in the list, most of the men were sent to east..

My significant other and I will are planning to visit Istabul and some beach resort next month. I read in a previous question that 4 & 5* hotels can be as low as $60 a night. Any advice on where to book these? Going to the Four Seasons and Novotel sites showed $170/night. Any advice on beach resorts too?
