Please someone help , I need to contact anyone who was at the KEF Palace Hotel . Last year 06 and complained about 4star hotel standards, I am about to sue Thomsons.

I would suggest you just send them a complaint letter with a CC to your lawyer. you had better have a good claim. it will cost you a ton of money, and in most cases with being out of the country a real looser. good luck.
if you had travel insurance they may give you $150 a day per person refund. if your travel agent made the reservations.
