When i went to these countries, I see huge cranes everywhere. These countries are developing so fast..huge beautiful apartments..stores..shopping malls...roads and subways systems...their economies are just booming..with tons of jobs..even though its low pay...look at Dubai and their beeautiful palm islands and that record tall building...why is the US so lagging behind? I live in MA and our buildings are so old...and our subway system is just embarrassing compared to Asian subways systems...for example MTR system in hong kong...In china theres like at least one KFC and Mcdonald being built and opened every day..thats rediculous...In the city that I live...I already seen 2 KFC and a Mcdonald go out of buisness and close down...ehhhh kinda pathetic...can anyone explain? or add

I'm going to Hong Kong next week, but I'm not arriving there until late, so I'd like to know if there is any place that I can take a quick rest in? I don't mean a hotel or anything, just maybe a couch or a row of seats, anything like that. I'm an international traveler, and my final destination is Hong Kong, so I'm not sure if they'll let me into the mall-like area they have (which is unfortunate, since that would be a great place to rest). Also, if you can, please inform me of any place I could leave my baggage while I'm "out."

The Great Wall of Chine wasn't built for the love of China or money.
In fact, slaves were forced to build it because of the fear of death
given upon them if they refused. If this is true, what makes the Great
Wall so great and honorable when millions of Chinese were tortured and
put to death to build it?
