Day1 : Repulse Bay, Early Lunch in Stanley, Ocean Park until late, take a taxi to Floating Restaurant. Back to hotel by bus. Most convenient.
Day 2: Dim Sum in a normal Chinese Restaurant, enjoy what the local people do. Causeway Bay, shopping. Central and Shan Wan, traditional Chinese style community. Mong Kok, see how crowded and dense a place can be.
Additional time: visit the Peak, Disney

Two days, no time to plan anything...Just go with the flow...start at one end of Nathan Road, and lose your way for the day, strolling through the Temple Street and Ladies Markets, the Jade Market, Flower Market, etc. End your evening with a short trip across the harbour on the Star Ferry to watch the illuminated HK skyline at night. Next day, take the tram to Victoria Peak, then once you have taken the most beautiful city view in the world, go back down and find the way to Des Voeux area, and lose yourself again for rest of the day. Evening at Wanchai or LKF if you like lively bars and pubs...
