I have attempted to contact customs and the Japanese consulate to find out what they permit me too enter the country with, as I know there are very strict rules on foods and medications being imported.If you have any suggestions on who else I may call, I will be very grateful.Thank you for any help you can offer.

particularly for the Malay they have very limited option to eat mostly unhealthy and high cholesterol either (Nasi lemak, Nasi Briyani, Soto, Curry chicken Curry Mutton and Rendang, fried mee. mostly using coconut milk and very oily . At least for the non malay they have more option to choose non halal food, noodle soup, duck rice, fish head soup, and etc that is more towards steaming, roasting, boil food.

I'm in Thailand now, familiar mostly with Chiang Mai and BKK. What is LOW cost of living, with respect to lodging-like guest house in or out of the capital?

I want to train Khmer boxing, and will go between Thailand and Cambodia, and possibly Myanmar. I've found lodging in Thailand everywhere between 2 and 3k baht, 60-100$. What is the low end there in Cambodia?

My friend has 3 kids and of course 1 husband. She wanted to have a car suitable for her family and at the same time, will fit her budget...her monthly salary is PhP 200,000 you think it's a big amount but it isn't for her b/c of her groceries.

My friend was bitten by a spider or some sort of insect in Vietnam. He went to the hospital and was treated with anti-venom and the hospital said they treat that type of bite every day. The bite left two fang marks about 5 mm apart. This happened in the dark and he never saw the critter that got him. He slept most of yesterday and is really woozey and uncomfortabl today. I mean falling down woozey. Any similar experiences or info would be appreciated.
