If you've already rented the villa, the same company should be able to find you staff.
Or let the company find you the cook and when you get to Phuket you can "interview" your own "hostess/paid houseguest". I'm sure you won't have any problems finding what you're looking for.

Almost all Villas in Phuket are already staffed. There are no "maid services" or businesses that handle this kind of thing. Contact the person or business that rented you the Villa and ask their help. It should not be a problem for them due to their participation in the local mainstream. Luck with that.
