im going to the NAMM show (National Association of Music Merchants) in january and one of the best parts of our trip last year was all the stops along the way. we went to Randy Rhoads gravesite and a bunch of tiny obscure music shops. i know there has to be plenty of other cool spots to check out.

My wife and I are going to the Grand Turks, Half moon Cay, and Nassau on our cruise. We want to try snorkeling for the first time. we want to spend time at Margaritaville, and Senor Frogs, and just enjoy the Islands. mission space (green team) and soarin'?.......mission space was okay although somewhat claustrophobic and jerky but soarin' was the best thing to ever happen to epcot!.....that was the greatest thing i have ever done.....what did you guys think of it?

I know of the barrier reef, but nothing else. I heard Sydney is beautiful. I have had a Foster's a time or two. But what I want is a unique, not-so-prim-and-polished vacation, and to stay off the beaten path so to speak. I want to get a really good feel for the country. Anybody made a trip like this? Anything would be helpful.
