Well, I just graduated high school and want to travel with my friend, who's also 17. I was wondering whether or not I can book a hotel room, especially if I'm going to pay in cash. I'm thinking there won't be a way for them to find out I'm 17. Am I right? Is this a good plan? If not, then what should I do?

I have 2 kids, would love a great school system where they are going to be well educated, taxes low, low crime rate, preferably the 'burbs of a metropolitan area.

I've already lived in California, so that is out of the question because prices were so ridiculous when I did live out there from 2001-2005 which is why I moved.

Right now, we live in the middle of nowhere, New Hampshire and it sucks. There is no places that are around where I live for my typer of career (web designer/developer), there are hardly any kids where we live and frankly, the kids where we live are not nice and a bit older than my 2 are.

The school system is the big thing. The school system in this area sucks, it is one of the worst in the nation and the dropout rate at the high school is unbelievable, so much that dropouts around here hang out at the local Dunkin' Donuts, there are no malls within 60 miles of here and a real city is about an hour plus away.

So... any suggestions?

I'm writing a story that may involve a flight attendant, and I just need to know if they ever spend a day or even two in a city they fly to, or if they are immediately on their way to another city? Any flight attendants out there that can help me? Thanks in advance.

It becomes clear with every passing year that both sides are willing and unable to come to a final peace agreement.

So why even bother?

For those huffing and puffing about the Palestinians it will not be a problem if done properly.
Those that do not wish to live in Israel will be given compensation to immigrate to any nation that will take them.
Those that wish to stay will be given permanent residency status with the opinion to apply for citizenship (just like Arabs of Jerusalem)
Those that wish to continue the violence will be deported to Gaza where they can have their Islamic state.

It would be nice if the Palestinians could have a state in the West Bank, but no one has really wanted it in the last 60 years. So why prolong the suffering of both sides and just drop the idea all together.

I live in Vancouver and at night I see 4 strong beams of light that circle a portion of the sky over and over again. They come together and move apart. The shape of the light is circular, and it most visible during cloudy, overcast nights. The lights are visible all the way into the sky, so they must be very strong. I'm just wondering where they are coming from?

Has anyone flown with this airline and had any problems? I can fit into a theater chair but I don't know how the seats on a planes will be. I read that the width of the seats are 17 1/2 inches and that doesn't seems very big to me. Is there any "fluffy" passengers out there that had good experiences with this airline? I requested aisle seats but I noticed that they are window seats. I'm scared silly. I can't afford two tickets and the tickets I do have are non refundable.

IM not presenting this as an out right "soloution" hence the quotation marks. But i beleive it will do alot of good.

I think three major things need to be addressed, in no particular order.

1) Hamas: Hamas is spreading hate however they can and dividing the palestinians polically as they are already divided geographically. Also you can't call shooting q'assam rockets into israel productive and all it serves to do is break Israeli families and break palestinian families by extension. Also with ever rocket fired into israel Palestinian life becomes more difficult.

2) Settlements: Although the goal in my opinion is to one day restore palestine to pre'67 borders. I will address the problem's of settlement's in the westbank as the ones in the gaza strip have already been removed or are in the process of it. Since im talking about Gaza ill tell you about a settlement that isn't there anymore. It had a population of 5000 settlers and to keep it safe it need 30'000 soldiers to protect
