Try the Terra Cotta Inn. It is small but very luxurious and secluded. Less than twenty rooms.
The Morningside Inn is a small B&B that is clothing optional for couples only.

But... the largest and the one with the most activities is Desert Shadows Inn. It was voted top west coast naturist resort in an AANR survey.
