In the UK there is an awful city called Liverpool, it is run down, depressed, crime ridden, filthy and generally avoided by anyone else in the UK.
In Liverpool:
The average age of a female having her first child is 14 years old, and 94% of new mothers are single.
The murder rate is 5x the national average.
The average male life expectancy is 52 years old, Vs 76 for the rest of the UK.
A car is stolen and set on fire every 3 minutes.
It is estimated that 40% of the population use either crack or heroin, with 20% of the population using both.
The average income is just £65 per week, with 76% of the population living in 'state housing'.
84% of the adult population do their regular weekly shop at Aldi, Netto or the other one no-one can ever remember.
So how does this hell hole compare with the worst city in your state / country?
