As I discovered today firsthand, CIC does not publicize their Canada Office Locations. As we had other business at a Service Canada Office, I asked there where the CIC office was located (in Vancouver), and was promptly given the address, as well as the information that they don't publicize their whereabouts for whatever reasons.
So, I recommend that you call or visit a Service Canada office in Calgary and ask them where the CIC office is. You just might get lucky and get it!

HRSDC=Human Resources and Skills Development Canada -- they deal with employment issues.
CIC=Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Check the blue pages of your phone book.
