Do we swallow more bacterias in the subway when train approaches than we would outside?Because people spit, throw trash and all those rats(fecalies) and then it gets blown when train arrives. Is it my paranoya or is really like that?

New York is a dirty place to begin with, but the subway is ventilated so it wouldnt be that bad. When you flush your toliet particles from the toliet can travel up 6 feet (I keep my toothbrushes in the living room now) So that probably happens in the subway too. The subway does not have rain (unless it's an outdoor platform), so it doesnt get washed away. It is probably about the same amount of bacteria, and it's not going to kill you.

Now I'm paranoid too!

There's really not much difference being above the platform or inside the subway tunnels. NYC is just a dirty place and you are exposed to bacteria no matter what. So don't be paranoid. Just carry Purrel and use it on your hands after you've been on the subway.

You inhale similar bacteria on the streets, in an elevator, etc.

And the Vending Machines are usually by the booths
