My friend is moving from Atlanta to Calgary and needs help finding a place to live.. I live in BC so I don't know the area at all! She'll be working as a nurse at Rockyview hospital, so would like to be convenient to it, preferably on public transit so if it snows she's not stuck (southern gal you know!).

Complications include one teenage son, and she smokes (unpopular to landlords!). Does anyone have any suggestions for a neighbourhood to look in? The neighbourhood names mean nothing to either of us so it's hard to look up rentals :)

Does anyone know any good wheelchair accessible accommodation in Blackpool. I am looking for accommodation as near all the attractions as possible, I can not walk at all. I am not too bothered about price (within reason) my parents whom I am going with do not want to pay more than £35 per person per night (it took some doing getting them to pay that much!). We also need parking facilities. We are looking for B & B hotels. The accommodation also needs to be wheelchair accessible once inside.

My daughter will be in Los Angeles (Burbank) next fall doing internships for college. She may need to travel from Burbank to some of the locations of the firms. Culver City, Studio City, Santa Monica, etc. We live in New York. She wants to bring her car (a cross country drive!) because she is told that the LA buses and trains are horribly unreliable.

My father's old work firiend's husband will join to the army. And guess where? To Hakkari, Çukurca! He is person who did his master.He is married and his wife is pregnant..And as my father told, in the list, most of the men were sent to east..

Isn't that unfair? They send the people who don't know anything about being a soldier..And I'm scared of terrorists..
