How about the Knott's Berry Farm Resort Hotel? It's right next to the theme park, so you can just walk to the park or Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant. It's not the most luxurious, but a good value for the money ($55 range right now). It's very nice to be able to go back to your room in the afternoon and take a rest, or not have to mess with parking. By comparison, the Radisson, which is more luxurious, is about $120 per night.
