It is really stupid for walt disney not openning a new Disney land park in india, because with a economic growth rate of over 8% second only to china, plus a well to do middle class population of around 350 to 450 million people, what is holding them back can somebody tell me why?

I'll be flying to Delhi from Kolkata for a trip to Nainital and the hills. I don't want to spend time and money going into Delhi and staying overnight, so I wonder if I can go directly from the airport? Is there a way to get a bus or a cab from the airport that goes to the hills, and can I book it in advance? Thanks.

I have been to union square, financial district and fisherman's warf but I would realy like to visit the Castro district on my next trip. I am aware of it being the homosexual district hence my interest in visiting it; however, I am not sure if it is safe as some folks had said to stay away from the southern areas of the city.
