I am going to see Josh Groban this coming Tuesday at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario. My e-ticket says:
Level -> FLR, Section -> PEN, Row 1. Does anyone have any idea where this seat is ?

Sounds like you are right in front! But depends on where section PEN is.
Ticketmaster normally shows floor seating charts. But they don't have this concert listed.
Edit: Okay, I just found the seating chart. I still think you are up front. As floor Section A, B, C are in the middle. I think PEN is up front. If you look at the map I think it is the seating left or right of the catwalk part of the stage.

On the floor on the side the penalty box would be in a hockey game so on the right side of the arena
