Charles Krug, Robert Mondavi, Domaine Chandon, Beaulieu, and Christian Brothers.
I lived in Napa Valley for over 30 years and these are the best , believe me.

There is a wine train tour that is fantastic. You can sign up for any length of tour, from a one hour to an all day or night tour. There is babysitiing available for kids and wine with food is included with the tour. Take the long tour. The train goes slowly down the tracks and lets yousee everything. I went two years ago and it was just over a hundred dollars a person. I don't have kids anymore but there was achild car with skilled child care.

my fave tours are the following:

sparkling wine - schramsberg, domaine carneros and mumm

regular wine - robert mondavi, beringer, rubicon estate (formerly niebaum coppola).

I personally don't like the wine train. It is a gimmick honestly. You can't get off the train and you are limited to the wines that are served on the train. They are on their winter schedule now and I believe only run on the weekends until later this spring. So check their schedule. Personally to me it is great for a scenic ride, but what you get for the money for food, is very unimpressive.
