I'd say it is. but if you want to check out some comparisons have a look at what's on offer as alternatives in the city [ i presume you're heading to Canberra ] . There are several hotels with this name in Australia.
Here's some links to do your comparisons. The web site directory allows you to sort by star rating , price and location. All hotels in Australia are star rated and you can rely on their grading compared to other developed countries. Be careful with some 4 stars, they are a little below the international comparisons.

I've stayed in Australia for quite a time, and yes Hotel Kurrajong in Canberra was a prime choice for me. Doing business was a pleasure since the hotel brings efficient and friendly service to their guests. It also caters to most corporate functions. I must say it's one of the best hotels in Canberra.

I suppose it is that is if you are planing to go to Canberra.
The real action is in Sydney. Hate to say this to you, but Canberra is really a pretty sleepy town. There ain't much to do there. If you really want to do business than Sydney is the place to be, next to Melbourne. Lots of hotels all over the place and good ones too.
