yeah...if you really did win, call them and they will know. DON'T reply or anything like that...dangerous. Did you give them your email address? Did you actually play? It's very very likely phishing. Press delete and pick up the phone.

Hi Bruce,
I receive these mails almost every second day [usually from UK/Africa/Spain]. To be specific i have even received a letter from Spain and it stated that i had won some million Euros ! I happen to ring them up and filled a few forms and faxed it to them. Then they stated that i had to pay some taxes as they could not free the funds because the funds were insured under my name. That's when i held back and asked them to keep the money as a gift. they tried heaps but I wasnt giving in and finally they stopped. These people were busted once by Today Tonight [a show run by channel 9 in Australia] and they were taken to court as they conned people into it. Report and delete the mails [report them as spam]. Next time u receive it think..... Why would anyone give you hundreds and thousands of dollars when u have nothing to do with them ? Beware and take things easy goodluck !
Cheers !

It isn't and you didn't. Do not answer that e-mail, it could bring you a world of hurt. Lottery Boards don't contact anyone by e-mail. Yours is probably someone from Nigeria trying to get information about you so they can open credit cards in your name, clean out your bank account, or get you to send money to them so you will get more money. Some of those "you win" e-mails contain viruses. Just delete it and never, ever open an e-mail from someone you don't know.

I am not in the UK but I would not believe it! How would they have your email? Don't respond by email. Call the Lottery board and find out but sorry, I think it is a scam!

It is a scam. There was a pearson in my area that got the e-mail and responded they wanted his information and when he wouldnt give it to them they disconnected the phone call. And that phone number went out of service all of a sudden. Dont trust thoes e-mails.
