going a carnival cruise and noticed fishing as an excursion carnival said the fishing place ships fish back to the states does any know how much this costs???

I know Atlanta is a vibrant city but how is it faster than Baltimore. The city is up north compare to Atlanta is comcern and Baltimore is close to major east coast cities I know DC has a faster pace than Bmore. So how is Atlanta is faster?
