Well, considering that's the day before Presidents' Week begins, a time of "Highest Attendance" according to the official Walt Disney World website, I'd say you can expect the parks to be fairly crowded. I don't think it'll be too bad - obviously, it won't be as bad as "Spring Break," the Fourth of July, or Christmas - but you won't be walking right onto the attractions with no wait, that's for sure. I wouldn't expect any of the wait times to be more than an hour, or so, and it would only be that long for the most popular attractions like Soarin' and Expedition Everest.
Definitely take advantage of Disney's FASTPASS Service. You just insert your park ticket into the FASTPASS kiosk, the kiosk will spit out a card that will give you a time to return as well as your park ticket, then you just return during the time printed on the card, and you get onto the attraction with little to no wait. Also, if you're staying at one of the Resorts on Walt Disney World property you'll have access to the Extra Magic Hours (times when the parks open only to Resort Guests). This past summer there were Extra Magic Hours at the Magic Kingdom until 2:00am. It was awesome! The park was nearly empty and we literally walked right onto every attraction.
Hope I could help! Have fun!

As others have mentioned above, you will be dealing with crowds for the long weekend. And you'll be visiting on a Saturday, which are almost always crowded. However, the best way to enjoy a Disney World vacation is to not let the crowds get to you. I always say, "Work with the crowds, not against them." You'll find this will releive your stress level and you can actually have a nice day when the parks are full.
Follow these simply rules to enjoy your day at the Walt Disney World Resort:
Take note of the Extra Magic Hour parks this day. Here they are:
Disney MGM Studios
This park will have Disney Resort guests entering an hour early on the 17th. If you will be park hopping this day, start at any of the other Disney parks first and return to the studios later in the day, once the resort crowds have thinned out. If you will be staying at a Disney Resort, take advantage of the extra time and start off your day at the Studios.
Take advantage of Fast Pass Tickets. Here's a great tip. While you wait in line for one attraction, send someone else in your party to another popular attraction (make sure this person has everyone's park tickets!) so that they can get fast passes while you wait in line for another.
Fast Pass General Rule:
If the stand-by line says the wait time is 45 minutes or less, just get in line. If the wait time is longer, grab a fast pass and return later.
Take advantage or rainy days:
Pack a rain poncho before you fly or drive to Orlando. Have it on you when you visit the parks. If it starts to rain, throw it on and head over to your favorite ride. Everyone else will be running for cover, or trying to purchase a rain poncho.
Take advantage of parades and night shows:
If you don't care for parades or certain night shows, then this is a great time to head over to your favorite attraction. Typically, Disney guests love shows and parades. So the majority of the crowds will be there and you should have a minimal wait time at your favorite attraction.
Make dining reservations today by calling 407-WDW-DINE for dinner. You can wing it for breakfast and lunch without a reservation.

You are going to hit the very beginning of peak season, which starts the 15th. So your lines are going to be a lot longer than they are now. Plus, if you go on a weekend, you are likely to have longer wait times anyway.
Just be sure to take advantage of fast pass and have a basic plan for what you want to do. Try to hit the rides you want to ride the most first so that you are sure to get them in. If you have a few minutes free and can squeeze something extra in, or get into a show right before it starts, that helps as well.
Disney lines can be bad all year. Your more popular rides, Mission Space, Expedition Everest, etc. will have longer waits than other rides, so it is the popular rides you want to get fast pass for and ones that have a long wait. Just be sure you don't use a fast pass for a ride that only has a 15 minute wait or so, you are better to wait and get a fastpass for something with a longer wait.
Have a great time!

Some schools may have February vacations, so it could be filled with families with kids vacationing. If a ride has a wait of more than 20 -30 minutes, use a fastpass, explore nearby to this ride, and return at the appointed time to bypass long line.
Another option we use quite often is "single rider" lines. We all go in the same door, exit the same door and usually are done within a few minutes of each other. Unless you plan on purchasing photos of the ride, you really don't speak to each other much during the 60-90 seconds of the ride, and this saves much wait time.

It shouldn't be that bad, they are less busy around Jan- march. Use the fast pass, you won't have to wait so long.
