Is Atlanta faster than Baltmore?

I know Atlanta is a vibrant city but how is it faster than Baltimore. The city is up north compare to Atlanta is comcern and Baltimore is close to major east coast cities I know DC has a faster pace than Bmore. So how is Atlanta is faster?

DC is the nation's capital and Baltimore recently became a cheaper alternative. Only NYC has an energy which is quicker than DC's.

Atlanta is the wealthiest black community anywhere in the US which has exported the culture up the I-75, I-85 and I-95 corridors. BET Television was based in Atlanta before relocating to DC. Ludacris and others live in Atlanta and have become very successful and wealthy. Atlanta is also the home to CocaCola and UPS.

I would say that BMore and other cities are trying to become Atlanta wannabes with little or no success.
