A little fourteen year old French girl wants to stay in New York with a stranger for a month. More likely a scam run by a fat, bald ,sweaty forty year old weirdo.

I don't think this is safe at all. Sounds to me like you are trying to run away from something. And, how do you expect to get anywhere being so young without a parents permission?

That isn't a very safe thing to ask and I don't think you can make it through customs without a parent if you are under 16.

You may be able to do it through your school, as an exchange student. But it may require you to stay longer than one month. Maybe over a summer session.
