A bunch of us are going to Vegas this weekend. People keep telling me that the 15 fwy to Vegas is going to be closed for construction. I looked on CalTrans and Traffic.com and it only says that the lanes will be reduced to one lane each direction from Barstow to Baker. Does anyone have any info to help us out.

A few years ago, I heard these two buffons talking on the radio. When of them had just come back from Jamica, mon. He had bought a pot holder as a souvenier, because it had a saying on it that he and his buddy thought sounded funny. It was to the best of my knowledge something like:

"Every hoe has em hinka doo"

He didn't know what it meant, but someone called up and said it meant something like, every shoe has its mate.

Maybe someone out there in the internets can confirm or deny this.

What is the difference between Great Britain and the UK! And also if GB/UK is a country than what is England, Ireland, Wales, and Scotland, because I thought they were also countries within the UK/GB. Why do we have so many names for this little Island of ours??

I'm visiting East Ireland & Dublin - and am staying in Dublin in March. We have decided to stick to Dublin and the East & not travel outside of that. I would like to get a good idea of some of the scenery I shouldn't miss as well as the places I shouldn't miss. I have done some research on my own but would like to hear where you think I should go. I'm would like to see some amazing scenery, some historical places, and even some wildlife if possible. I'm open to tours also if you have been on them and suggest them.

Please do not respond with:
-Generic Ireland websites (i.e. "just go to visitireland.com and search for where you want to go")
-Information to far away from Dublin (If I had the time I would love to see the west & midlands.)
