Well, I'm a frequent traveler, and I've only had one instance where I was told I couldn't fly on the plane. I also sued the hell out of them. I can speak, but I am deaf (I read lips, but am not able to hear anything). The stupid check-in lady at the counter refused to let me take my assistance dog on the plane .This woman was uppity and nasty and she said I didn't have reservations to fly with my dog, and I told her I've flown SEVERAL times on this airline, and by law, I don't need a reservation for the dog because she is an assistance animal and that she could not discriminate against a deaf person. Well, she called security because I was raising my voice. I told airport security that it's kind of hard for me to tell how loud my voice is because I'm DEAF and naturally talk loud. There was no US Air manager on duty because he had gone to a meeting. I myself had a business meeting to go to in Atlanta, and my interpretor was already waiting in Atlanta for me, so I had to get on that plane. Finally, the BWI airport manager shows up, ordered her to give me a refund, and he found me a flight on another airline.

But for now...take it from me US Airlines Check in people at BWI
SUCK. I was never so humilitated in my life. They are horrible stupid people that have cost the company 2.2 million for my discrimination suit. Way to go Baltimore!
