Maybe moving to Holly Springs MS. Residents can you tell about rentals, cost of living, high schools crime...?

I need info from residents of Mississippi, around that area.

nyman has a good referral site but I need to find a rental property. A woman just started working for my husband. She found a 4 bdrm 2 bth house on 32 acres with a barn and she has 10 dogs, in Holly Springs. Her rent is $700 per month.
That's what I'm looking for. I just can't find "rentals" anywhere.
Any more help is greatly appreciated!
No real estate agents.
